_**MISSION OF THE POSITION**:_

**1) **Facilitate Skylight Design company growth and profitability by fully managing all office functions, thereby saving valuable time for the company Founders and the Sales Manager. **2)** Service Replex Plastics mirror customers and interface with Replex Plastics staff in the USA to facilitate customer satisfaction, sales growth, and accurate accounting.
- **REPORTS TO**:_Owners
- **MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:_

1). Management of Accounts Payable and Receivable in the Company´s ERP

2). Generate Sales Invoices, Sales Receipts, Packing Lists and Credit Notes

3). Reconcile bank accounts

4). Control Expenditures

5). Cash Flow Reports

6). Generate Financial Statements

7). Plan component purchases and final assembly operations to sustain excellent service to our skylight customers, including on-time delivery, typically 2 weeks after receipt of order with 50% cash deposit.

8). Management of the Export and Import of merchandise, preparing all documentation

9). Coordinate with External Accountants

10). Procurement Management (Products, Services, Stationery, etc.)

11). Inventory Control

12). Coordinate Warehouse Activities

13). Preparation of Payroll Receipts

14). Managing and Control of employee benefits

15). Servicing mirror customers on behalf of Replex Plastics, including cash handling, customer pick-ups and shipments, boxing domes 5/box for EMCAR, and coordinating with Replex sales and accounting staff in the USA.
