Position Summary

Samsung Ads is an advanced advertising platform where advertisers find and connect with audiences across over 100M Samsung Households around the world. Samsung Ads delivers high-quality audience targeting powered by three key components: first-party audience data at scale, world-class data science, and brand-safe cross-device ad inventory.

This position will work cross functionally and closely with sales management to track business metrics and develop financial processes for the Smart TV Ad business. He/she will work closely across Sales, Ad Operations, Headquarters, subsidiary Finance Teams (Credit, Account receivables, account payables) full end-to-end financial support on all aspects of the business.

We are looking for a confident individual with expertise in finance and sales who understands the importance of delivering excellent process, rigor and assisting in the acceleration of our sales revenue. Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual sales pipeline forecasting
- Support sales team to get credit limit approval
- Control the pool of the suppliers that support the Samsung Ads Operations
- Control the Costs centers, P&L and Balance Sheets
- Analyze campaign financial results; interpret data and present the meaningful insights to management
- Provide support in managing operating expense with sales and management to ensure seamless sales operation
- Develop operating expense analytic to better manage business operations and 3rd party vendor services
- Provide assistance in financial closing and responsible for invoicing process
- Provide support in analyzing new product initiatives & deal pricing
- Provide administrative support in managing sales, operational, and reporting systems
- Maintain various sales records and documentations such as upfront sales agreement, guarantee and specific T&Cs applicable to certain vendors
- Negotiation with suppliers and customers following Samsung’s T&Cs. Interact and request advice from the internal departments including but not limited to Legal, Tax, Finance
- Provide assistance in collection process in collaboration with Credit, Finance and HQ
- Provide executive management with insights into drivers of the business and financial performance and risk.

Skills and Qualifications
- Background in financial function (in technology of digital media industry is a plus)
- Fluent English skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to manage and work effectively within cross-functional and matrix relationships (mainly in Legal, Tax and Credit)
- System or BI experience preferred such as DSP/SSP, DOMO, Sales Force, Operative, SAP etc.
- Bachelor’s degree, in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economic, Engineering or related areas.
