**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment
- Lead the development team and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scalability
- Involved in the entire product development lifecycle including the design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of new and existing features.
- Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth
- Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities

**Required skills and qualifications**:

- Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs
- Experience in designing and integrating SOAP web service.
- In-depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks like Struts, JSF, and Spring MVC.
- Extensive knowledge in Java development, Webservices and JavaScript
- Excellent debugging and optimization skills
- Experience in unit/integration testing
- Excellent communications skills

- Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Git and GitHub.

- Unix and Shell script
- Databases and Web Storage.
- Spring framework
