**SUPERVISOR DE PRODUCCION**:
**Objetivo Del Puesto**
Crear un ambiente de trabajo disciplinado libre de actos inseguros, manteniendo las áreas de trabajo bajo su cargo ordenadas, identificadas y limpias, identificar y reportar las condiciones inseguras de maquinaria y equipo, involucrando a su equipo en la mejora continua para obtener un producto de calidad que satisfaga los requerimientos de nuestros clientes externos e internos a un bajo costo, además Supervisar, administrar y controlar las actividades del personal operativo para cumplir con los objetivos de seguridad, calidad y productividad.
**Funciones Genéricas**:
Ayudar a reducir los costos de operación de sus áreas, eficientizar el uso de mano de obra, incremento de productividad y reducción de desperdicios (sustentando/documentando y dando seguimiento con planes de acción)., publicando y comunicando a través de gráficos sus resultados en piso. Cumplir con los roles y responsabilidades que la alta gerencia le asigne para dar conformidad y sustentabilidad a las certificaciones: Sistema integral (ISO 14001 2015/ISO 45001 2018) e IATF 16949.

**Requisitos del puesto**:
