**Responsabilities**:

- Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Support in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Assist with audits and internal control processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Provide support during month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles preferred.
- Knowledge of Mexican accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
