We are a prominent labor law firm located in California, seeking an experienced and dedicated Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and clients throughout the entire legal process. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of labor law procedures will contribute to the effective management of our cases and the delivery of exceptional client service.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

**Responsibilities**

1. Case Management:
Handle a caseload of labor law cases, ensuring all case information, documentation, and deadlines are managed effectively.
Collaborate closely with attorneys to develop and implement case strategies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, including client communications, court filings, and other relevant documents.

2. Client Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on case progress and addressing inquiries.
Coordinate meetings, consultations, and appointments between clients and attorneys.
Offer empathetic and professional support to clients, understanding their concerns and needs.

3. Legal Research and Documentation:
Conduct legal research to gather relevant information for cases, including statutes, regulations, and precedents.
Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence.

4. Court Filings and Deadlines:
Prepare and file legal documents accurately and in a timely manner with courts and administrative agencies.
Manage court calendars and deadlines to ensure compliance with procedural requirements.

5. Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure seamless case progression.
Participate in team meetings, contributing insights and updates on case status.

6. Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining electronic and physical case files, organizing documents, and data entry.

7. Professional Development:
Stay current with labor law developments, changes, and trends through ongoing training and education.
Enhance expertise in case management software and other relevant tools
