Administrative Assistant

Advanced English

Location: Merida, Yucatan

Responsibilities:_**
- Compilation of reports, minutes of meetings for project reviews
- Travel arrangements flights/hotel reservations
- Manage expense sheets in electronic tools
- Agenda management Provide support in making PowerPoint presentations
- Monitoring of the vehicle maintenance program

**_
Qualifications: _**
- Degree in Business Administration or related.
- Excellent English language skills (C1 - C2)
- + 2 years+ of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Desirable experience in companies of the Industrial Construction business
