Entendimiento de procesos de Ingeniería y principios de operación eléctricos y mecánicos.

Conocimiento de circuitos eléctricos.

Conocimiento y experiência de diseño 3D por computadora (Requerido), utilizando Unigraphics (Deseable).

Experiência probada en procesos de producción de vehículos.

Habilidad analítica para resolver problemas complejos (Requerido). Conocimiento en Six Sigma (Deseable).

Habilidades Interpersonales para trabajar efectivamente con otros (Requerido).

Entendimiento de los sistemas de Liberación y Especificaciones (Deseable).

Tener una comunicación clara y efectiva con todos los níveles dentro de la organización.

Alta habilidad de comunicación oral y escrita en idioma inglés.

Mostrar actitud de servicio y sentido de urgencia en forma constante.
