- Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and communicate them to employees.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities.

- Organizational and leadership skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (5S, TPM, Kaizens, 7 wastes, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience with automotive quality systems IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 is a plus.

**Requisitos**:

- Carrera técnica/Carrera trunca en Ingeniería o en materia similar
- Experiência probada como supervisor de producción o función similar (mínimo 3 años de experiência)
- Experiência en el uso de varios tipos de maquinaria y herramientas de fabricación
- Habilidades avanzadas en MS Office
- Habilidades organizativas y de liderazgo
- Habilidades comunicativas e interpersonales
- Automotivado con un enfoque orientado a resultados
- Habilidades para resolver problemas
- Conocimientos de Manufactura Esbelta (5’S, TPM, Kaizens, 7 desperdicios, etc.) es un plus
- Experiência en sistemas de calidad automotriz IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 es un plus

**Responsabilidades**:

- Establecer objetivos diarios / semanales / mensuales y comunícarlos a los empleados
