**Job Description**:
**About Job**

Executes and analyze the processes of Statistical Operations and associated project work for their country. Can identify deviations on process and propose suggestions to align gaps.

**Responsibilities**:

- Executes and analyze the processes of Statistical Operations and associated project work for their country. execution of sample design, quality controls, data queries that entails local inspection, contacts, or language with experience and leadership (basic)
- Works in partnership with the country’s Operations team according to execution requirements as defined by the process playbooks for Operations and associated project work (basic)
- Analysis on Data Base figures(Review trends, atypical data etc (basic).
- Participation in the next meetings: Daily Stand Ups, SPOT Retailers, Sample Meeting (Panel Management, DA), Intermonth Sample Inspection, Feasibilities.
- Can properly analyze and handle Client queries
- Can investigate quality issues and perform Root Cause Analysis.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**

Analyze cases with the knowledge of internal tools. Generates ideas for improvement, doing things differently, passionate about being part of a high-performing team, and willing to support special projects or initiatives as needed.

**Requerements**
- Bachelor's degree preferably in statistics, mathematics, economics, or engineering with a statistical emphasis (expert).
- Quantitative analysis work experience (1-2 years)
- Statistical Knowledge in Sampling Design Techniques (basic).
- Statistical Knowledge in Quality Control Techniques.
- Working knowledge of SQL and database structures (medium)
- Experience with statistical software like R (medium)
- Experience with Microsoft Software like Excel (intermediate level), Word, Power Point (medium)
- Experience handling, manipulating and analyzing data (medium)
