**Description**:
Ensure that the logistics and Compliance process of the assigned plant or plants works correctly and that all its activities are carried out synchronously and normally. Working as a team with the different areas and maintaining constant communication with the Compliance team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure efficient and profitable supply chain operations.
- Organize and provide efficient transportation and storage solutions for the entire life cycle of our products, from the acquisition of raw materials to the distribution of the final product.
- Quickly resolve distribution issues and have strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of national and international logistics.
- Knowledge of customs requirements.
- Preparation of reports to control activities.
- Air sea land export/import to and from APAC, EMEA, LATAM as well as the United States
- Preparation, shipping and assurance of documentation for customs clearance.
- Management, control and archiving of information in the logistics area.
- Respond in a timely manner to queries from internal and/or external clients.
- Coordination with forwarders and customs agents through different customs
- Coordination with work teams within the company as well as with external ones
- Develop and direct logistics processes and establish continuous improvement plans for freight management, supplier routes and carrier management.
- Manage courier/carrier implementations and establish service level agreements to ensure services are delivered as promised
- Ensure safe and timely collection and delivery of shipments
- Develop, implement and maintain operating procedures for the different modalities, keep documentation up to date and update when necessary.
- LTL, FTL, LCL, FCL logistics, national and international parcels
- Coordinate the programming and planning of pick ups with the different suppliers, both national and foreign, as well as monitoring shipments to clients.
- Ensure compliance with obligations of the OAS program on transportation issues and those determined by the Compliance area.
- Show commitment, directing and supporting the people around you to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality system
- Promote and communicate the results and/or effectiveness of their processes, as well as the actions and/or reaction plan when these apply.
- Comply with the quality objectives of the position and the company's strategic objectives. Carry out all compliance with the quality system guidelines.
- You must keep the company's own tools and equipment in good condition, clean and safe to work with.
- You will carry out your work with quality, meeting the required standards.
- Participate in the company's continuous improvement projects - Follow up on the corrective actions of the Quality System.

Comply with the relevant roles assigned by management in the manner in which it applies. (for example; Brigades, Auditors, Godfathers)

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
Education: Electronics Engineering or related field.

Experience: people management for at least 3 years, experience 3 years at least working at Electronic Industry.

Lenguages: english intermediate

Skills: Teamwork, verbal and written communication, leadership, conflict management.
