**Content Creator**:

- Country/Region: MX- Location: Guadalajara, JAL, MX, 44530Req ID 65915 Guadalajara, MexicoWe are looking for a Content Creator at our location in Mexico City or Tlaquepaque. This position will be responsible for developing course content using PowerPoint, translating content, and editing software to create online training courses for the region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Adapt global content for use in the Region
- Build course, content, and pathing within the LMS system maintaining organization and structure
- Coordinate LMS system infrastructure, hosting, accounts, network security, and support with the LMS global manager; create and maintain LMS-related SOPs
- Ensure integrity of the content library, development, and delivery of internal and external content in addition to managing the personnel interfaces for the system i.e. registration, course status, and completion data
- Maintain accurate course catalog and registration/completion data for LMS infrastructure to include database management and auditing
- Identify opportunities for process and software improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements
- Coordinate customer trainings and facilitate sessions directly or with Field Service Engineers (FSEs).
- Develop and create trainings based on engineering documentation and maintenance manuals in a language accessible to technicians.
- Maintain a document library with master training slide decks, updating information as needed with best practices and the most recent data.
- Identify industry training opportunities and coordinate with partners to meet ZF training objectives.
- Create modules, training sessions, and exams, uploading them to the LMS for self-paced learning opportunities

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Project and time management skills
- LMS, CRM and video editing skills
- Experience in training and content development
- Understanding of the needs of customers & the markets
- Good methodical and organizational skills
- Knowledge about E-learning formats and virtual learning scenarios e.g. webinars
- Knowledge of products and systems
- Good knowledge about overall CV market & vehicles and fleets
- Technical background in the automotive or heavy vehicle industry
