**Requisitos**:
Lic. Administracion, Ing. Industrial y/o Logistica o afin- Ingles avanzado- Experiência de 3 a 5 años en puesto similar.- Conocimientos en 3PL, procesos operativos de almacen, gestion de personal, administracion de P&L, reporte de KPIS, mejora continua, seguridad e higiene, calidad.- Microsoft office intermedio**Responsabilidades**:
- Puede administrar al personal lo que incluye la contratación, capacitación, desarrollo y participación de los miembros del equipo, evaluando el desempeño, proporcionando recomendaciones de compensación y la gestión del desempeño; el personal supervisado está en los níveles de operador/administrador a profesional/supervisor.
- Administrar o supervisar el desarrollo e implementación de operaciones/almacenamiento y programas funcionales relacionados para lograr el estado futuro deseado y los resultados operativos, alinea el liderazgo y los recursos requeridos, y asegura una implementación y administración efectivas.
- Proporcionar información y asesoramiento sobre el desarrollo y la alineación de estrategias y programas para gestionar las operaciones, los programas de almacenamiento, las políticas y los procedimientos para la función, el grupo o las áreas.
- Gestionar las expectativas de los líderes, gerentes, personal y operaciones; facilita la comunicación sobre las necesidades del cliente, los requisitos comerciales y establece métricas de rendimiento.
- Resolución de problemas o conflictos operacionales y de almacenamiento técnicos o sensibles; trabaja con grupos internos o agencias externas según sea necesario y supervisa la resolución exitosa.
- Trabajar para facilitar reuniones y desarrollar comunicaciones para proporcionar retroalimentación a los equipos sobre las prioridades y experiências comerciales para la integración en las operaciones que típicamente son más complejas o sensible por naturaleza.
- Desarrollar y administrar objetivos de proyecto o programa de operaciones/almacenamiento o funciones interdisciplinares que incluyen presupuestos, plazos, materiales, personal y otros requisitos del proyecto, recibe instrucciones y presenta información a la gerencia; Puede desarrollar y gestionar áreas de alcance o impacto moderado.
- Asegurar que los procesos y las operaciones cumplan con las leyes, normas y regulaciones aplicables; proporciona interpretación dentro del área que no requiere opiniones legales formales y se aplica en todas las operaciones; desarrolla o recomienda políticas y procedimientos formales según sea necesario.
- Administrar el presupuesto del grupo o área, lo que incluye la asignación de recursos y la aprobación de los gastos bajo control.
- Realiza otras tareas que se le asignen.
