**Position**:
Website Developer

We are looking for a talented and driven individual with proven UX/UI experience, to support Arrow's ongoing evolution and optimization of supplier sponsored websites and microsites. This role will work collaboratively with various team members and stakeholders in Marketing, Creative Services, as well as external stakeholders.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Leverage the Arrow ECS design systems and toolkits to create and refine templates, pages and page elements
- Speak to capabilities and ideas to support supplier goals and objective
- Transforming wireframes into fully designed and custom pages
- Create and iterate on design options that are both visually impactful and meet/exceed agreed on KPIs
- Create designs across multiple devices and browsers
- Ensure consistency in designs across corporate websites and microsites
- Utilize data and analytics in making design decisions
- Create and maintain a database of design assets

**What We Are Looking For**:

- 4+ years of experience in related role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web design and UX/UI best practices
- Degree/Certification in the design discipline (preferably digital)
- Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Adobe InDesign, Figma and other visual design tools
- Proficiency in Umbarco or other related open sourced content management systems.
- Proven experience designing across multiple devices, desktop, tablet, mobile, etc.
- Solid understanding of website accessibility standards
- Solid understanding of search engine optimization principles
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
- Strong understanding of usability and user-centered design practices
- Good understanding of content management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts
- Excellent collaboration skills across globally dispersed teams
- Continual learner; staying updated on design/UI/UX best practices trends, techniques and technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under deadlines
- Comfortable working independently
- Comfortable and productive with remote working

**Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate**:
$28,333.33 - $44,000.00 MXN Monthly
