**DESCRIPCION GENERAL DEL PUESTO**:
Asegurar los servicios dando un seguimiento y solución al consumidor para cumplir con los objetivos de la operación de servicio postventa Canadá.
**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**:
Cancelación y/o Generación de ordenes de servicio por incidentes.
**PRINCIPALES ACTIVIDADES A DESEMPEÑAR**:
- Realiza soporte administrativo a los talleres de Canadá para asegurar la creación, tratamiento y cierre de la ordenes de servicio. - Ejecutar reporte de validación de partes que utiliza el taller para la reparación de los productos mabe y concilia la información para continuar con el proceso de pago a los talleres, las validaciones se realizan en SAP en la transacción MIGO_GR, ZCRMTR_LOG_SP. - Crea folios en SAP transacción MIGO_GR una vez que las ordenes de servicio ejecutadas por los talleres de Canadá son completadas, para el pago del servicio realizado. - Lograr el objetivo de 8 contactos por hora, considerando llamadas telefónicas & correos electrónicos. - Cumplir con el objetivo de tiempo de atención (AHT) de 05:30, sin descuidar la calidad en la atención telefónica. - Seguimiento de ordenes de servicio con técnicos de servicio para solucionar retrasos por alguna incidencia de falta de comunicación con el cliente, coordinar el envío de partes para coordinar con servicio la reparación del producto. - Programar ordenes de servicio dentro y fuera de garantía en CRM, para que un técnico pueda agendar una cita con el cliente y realizar la reparación del producto en tiempo y no tener un cliente con uno de nuestros productos sin poder usar e insatisfecho. - Creación de folios en CRM al departamento de Relations Managers de clientes que requieren una solución diferenciada, dentro o fuera de la política de garantía, con el propósito de buscar alternativas de solución, lograr la fidelización de la marca, proporcionar información del seguimiento por parte del Relation Manager en caso de petición del cliente.
**EDUCACION Y CARRERA**: *Lic. Terminada Administración, Gestión Empresarial, Idiomas, Comercio Internacional, o afín.
**AREAS DE EXPERIENCIA Y CONOCIMIENTOS REQUERIDOS**:
*Manejo Avanzado de paquetería office *Conocimiento básico en SAP. *Nível de Inglés: Avanzado/Conversacional *Experiência en atención al cliente, ventas, logística, call center, mínimo 1 año. *Contar con internet en casa.
