- Elaborar la Planificación y Programación de la producción en base a la Demanda de los clientes (Forecast & Firm).
- Soporte en la programación de los envíos para entregar el producto terminado a los clientes a tiempo.
- Contacto directo con los Clientes para recibir, analizar y programar su demanda.

- Supervisar la capacidad de fabricación para alinear los recursos con la demanda de los clientes - Preparar el pronóstico financiero mensual (horas ganadas, ventas)
- Asegurar la ejecución del plan de ventas.
