**Job Description**:
Job Summary:
Ensure the availability of equipment through the creation, modification, planning and programming of preventive maintenance plans. Support the execution of preventive maintenance through the timely management of retrofitting, as well as defining the scheduled downtime for the equipment/lines to intervene.

Coordination with service providers for equipment/machinery and facilities. Keep the maintenance system updated in terms of assets, maintenance plans, maintenance and spare parts. Perform the timely calculation of weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance indicators.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop maintenance plans for production assets in their assigned area, including facility equipment
- Ensure timely updating and feedback of existing maintenance plans
- Calculate the man hours required for preventive
- Ensure the availability of necessary refurbishment for maintenance interventions
- Ensure the implementation of autonomous maintenance in production equipment
- Calculate maintenance indicators and give them visibility to the maintenance team and to production
- Give visibility to the maintenance supervisor of the maintenance budget
- Randomly audit the execution of preventive measures and report findings
- Responsible for the reliability of productive assets and infrastructure by leading maintenance strategies
- Design and administration of planning and programming of maintenance to equipment, machinery, buildings and other facilities through the work and development of maintenance programs
- Promote the improvement of maintenance processes to ensure the reliability of assets, implementing preventive and predictive techniques through the analysis of maintenance information
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to guarantee the efficient development of the function
- Window to ISO 9000 for the equipment/machinery maintenance quality system
- Comply with the norms and environmental standards of safety, occupational health and quality, as well as the RA MMC procedures and good practices, aimed at conserving the environment, accident prevention, health care of our staff and quality of our products.

**Requirements**:

- Engineer in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanics, or related career
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (creation of databases, use of pivot tables, creation of dashboards)
- Desirable knowledge of maintenance management tools such as TPM and Reliability Based Maintenance
- Budget management of maintenance spare parts
- Desirable technical floor experience
- Critical capacity for analysis, problem solving and data analysis
- Ability to develop short
- and long-term maintenance strategies
- English 70-80% spoken and written
