Descripción del Puesto:
Buscamos un desarrollador Technical Support Jr. con experiência en soporte técnico para entornos empresariales. La persona ideal tiene sólidos conocimientos en desarrollo web y, manejo de bases de datos, y habilidades interpersonales para brindar un servicio de calidad. Además, será responsable de atender los tickets de clientes, resolver problemas técnicos y colaborar con el equipo para mejorar la eficiencia del soporte técnico.

Responsabilidades del Puesto:

- Gestionar y resolver tickets de soporte, asegurando el cumplimiento de SLA’s
- Brindar un servicio cordial y eficaz que garantice la satisfacción del cliente
- Explicar las soluciones a los clientes en términos no técnicos mediante documentación y sesiones informativas
- Monitorear y gestionar los aplicativos de nuestros clientes
- Capacitar a los usuarios finales y a nuevos miembros del equipo sobre el uso de sistemas y aplicaciones
- Atender requerimientos específicos de clientes
- Se realizan guardias de fin de semana para la atención de tickets, que se rotan con el resto del personal de soporte.

**Requisitos**:

- Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales, Informática o afín titulado
- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en desarrollo de proyectos y/o soporte técnico
- Dominio en idioma Ingles (Bilingüe)

Lenguajes y Frameworks:

- JavaScript (Node.js, React, Express)
- Conocimiento en Python
- Bases de Datos SQL: (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle)
- Bases de Datos NoSQL: (DynamoDB, MongoDB)

Habilidades Interpersonales y Técnicas:

- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y resolver problemas complejos
- Adaptabilidad para manejar situaciones de estrés y trabajar bajo presión
- Habilidad para documentar procedimientos, soluciones y conocimientos para apoyar al equipo de soporte y optimizar la eficiencia
- Título en Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales, Informática o carrera afín
- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en desarrollo de proyectos y/o soporte técnico
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de colaboración

Conocimientos Deseables:

- Experiência previa en soporte técnico en entornos empresariales o en el sector informático
- Manejo de herramientas de ticketing
- Conocimientos en patrones de diseño
- Experiência en CI/CD
- Administración de servidores Linux y Windows
- Habilidad para comunicarse de forma clara y efectiva en inglés y español
- Experiência en AWS
- Servicios Web: (SOAP y REST)
- Control de Versiones: Git
- Contenedores: (Docker, Podman)

Sueldo: $15,000.00 - $23,000.00 al mes
