Main responsabilities
- Further development of products in line with the company´s strategy
- New product planning and development
- Packaging development
- Development of serial production with documentation for the production team
- Working closely with the production team and participating in production meetings
- Analyzing the technical demand and product function
- Finding technical solutions and aligning them to production possibilities
- Development and revision of technical drawings
- Development of tools for production
- Technical communication and coordination of our intercontinental team and external partners
- Preparation of product launches
- Assistance with product certifications
- Managing the products’ life-cycle
- Exploring new processes and materials
- Developing and documenting prototypes, samples and production tests
- Management of custom products development
- Independent responsibilities
- Researching and making new supplier contacts
- Leading supplier negotiations and discussions
- Maintenance and development of good supplier relationships

**Requirements**:

- 3-year working experience
- Background in industrial engineering
- Preferably, knowledge of machinery, materials, fits and finishes
- 3D CAD programs, preferably Autodesk Fusion 360

- Continuo desarrollo y mejora de productos conforme la estrategia general
- Desarrollo y Planificación de nuevos productos
- Desarrollo de empaque
- Implementación de producción en serie con documentación para el equipo de producción
- Trabajo cercano con el equipo de producción y participación en juntas de producción
- Análisis las demandas técnicas de producto y producción
- alinear soluciones técnicas con posibilidades de producción
- Dibujo y control de Planos técnicos
- Desarrollo de herramientas y moldes
- comunicación y Coordinación técnica interna y con personas externas
- preparación y organización de lanzamiento de productos
- Apoyo en la certificación de nuevos productos
- Responsabilidad sobre el ciclo de productos
- Investigación sobre nuevos procesos y materiales
- Desarrollo y documentación de prototipos, pruebas y muestras
- Dirigir desarrollo de productos custom/hotelería
- Responsabilidad autónoma
- Investigación y contacto con proveedores para nuevos procesos y materiales
- Entrevistas y negociación con proveedores

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência de mínimo 3 años
- Trayectoria en Ingeniero industrial
- Preferible conocimiento de máquinas, materiales y acabados
