As a Financial Planning Systems Manager supporting the Finance Planning Systems group within the Global Finance FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) organization, you will be trusted to work on managing and enhancing financial systems and solutions at Mexico City.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Maintaining the integrity of financial data in SAP BPC and other financial planning systems.
- Managing planning administrative activities such as maintaining data and templates, running currency conversions, and managing backups.
- Collaborating with Business Planning Managers and internal IT departments to ensure smooth operation of planning tools.
- Conducting system training sessions for the FP&A community (300+ users).
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Education in Accounting and/or Finance.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience with planning systems and/or processes.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Action-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player with great communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize and balance diverse stakeholder needs.
