**Position objective**:
Directs the programming activities of the Extrusion section, oversees program execution, oversees archived production performance, supports the execution team in troubleshooting, verifies the organization and cleanliness of work areas, develops and implements production projects, processes, procedures, instructions, and systems to meet the objectives of the extrusion department.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree Engineering industrial or chemical
- Preference 5 Year in Automotive Sector.
- Desirable experience in Cable Manufacturing, extrusion processes and with plastic PVC and polyethylene
- Lean manufacturing experience
- Six Sigma Tools knowledge
- Products functionality control
- Core Tools knowledge
- IATF 16949 knowledge
- Microsoft Office proficient
- 70% English
