We are looking to hire a Painting Expert to be located at our plant at El Salto Jalisco this position will be part of the Core Manufacturing team (global support)

**Position summary**:
**Drive Productline manufacturing technology and engineering standards (Core Manufacturing) for Product Line **CT in order to ensure competitiveness and productivity of Product line.**:

**Responsabilitties**:

- **-**:Acquisition of new business: responsible for the feasibility comparison regarding customer norms and requirements compared with our defined CT standard technologies related to paint technologies.**:

- **-**Responsible industrialization: market analyzation and collect regional needs in direction of automation, manufacturing technology and local manufacturers, responsible for develop and introduce of new technology in the defined process steps, educate international PE/Maintenance with new technology**:

- **-**Regional launch: secure and approve** **adapted** **standard** **tech. specification** **with PE, follow regional launch in preparation and productivity, quality, educate** **local PE in new/current** **processes, be** **feedback interface for** **local PE for** **lessons** **learned**:

- **-**Outsourcing: responsible** **for** **the** **t**echnical** **evaluation** **of external supplier for** **risc** **assessment** **as** **part** **of** **MaB**:

- **Responsible for productivity optimization in the region, analyze possible productivity** **enhancement w.o. negative influence** **to** **quality, develop possible adaptions** **of** **standard** **processes in existing** **equipment., especially in the international exchange** **with** **other** **regions**:
**Requirements**:

- Application of E coat paint
- Applicatión of liquit E static - spray paint technology
- Pretratment technology
- Project management basic training
- Metalc part painting experience (amortiguadores)
- Proficient English (mandatory)
