El analista financiero dará soporte a la organización de Planta Toluca, respecto de la coordinación financiera asociada a los proyectos de transferencia y nuevas iniciativas de negocio del sitio, en términos contables y planeamiento financiero. Así mismo soportará actividades asociadas a cumplimiento de controles internos (SOX), operaciones contables, auditorías Internas y externas.
Rol Responsibilities:
- Coordinación y elaboración del presupuesto anual de proyectos y nuevas iniciativas de negocio.
- Análisis mensual de resultados financieros, así como seguimiento a las actividades que tengan un impacto financiero.
- Proceso contable de cierre mensual (Provisión de gastos, registros contables)
- Revisión de Obsoletos asociados a los proyectos.
- Reconciliación de cuentas de balance.
- Responsable de la coordinación de proceso de facturación de proyectos.
- Emisión de reportes estatutorios.
- Control mensual de recursos aprobados para proyectos.

- Trabajo de iniciativa propia con orientación y apoyo de la dirección y compañeros Sr.
- Identificar problemas y oportunidades de mejora y comunicarse con la gerencia.
- Mantener procedimientos operativos estándar, respaldados bajo controles (SOX)
- Colaborar efizcamente con clientes internos y externos incluidos Shared Service Center.
- Asegurar que las transacciones contables cumplan con las políticas de Pfizer y principios GAAP.
- Responsable por mantener actualizados los procedimientos, así como instrucciones de trabajo.
- Manejo de consulta de políticas y procedimientos contables, informes y solicitudes de análisis.
- Capacidad de actuar y toma de decisiones en situaciones donde no se tenga la imagen completa.
**Qualifications**:
Must-Have
- Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Administración o afín.
- 3- 5 Años de experiência en posición similar.
- Facilidad de conversación y negociación.
- Manejo de Programa Office (Word, Excel, Power point).
- Manejo de ERP SAP
- Experiência en compañía multinacional.
- Manejo de Idioma Inglés
- Conversacional, Escritura y Lectura.
- Experiência en reporte financiero.
