**Functions and Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with other team members - developers, product owners, and project managers - to deliver high-quality software code
- Provide and utilize SQL expertise
- Excel, including but not limited to pivot tables and vlookups
- Respond to tickets and phone calls on time, understand the client's needs while driving engagement, and build rapport
- Provide technical expertise and ongoing training to our software users and team members
- Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve software issues and concerns that assigned customers report.
- QA testing for possible bugs
- Review and analyze data regularly to ensure all services are set up and utilized correctly
- Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure and build ongoing relationships with customers
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline (5+ years experience)
- 5+ years experience in Information Technology
- SQL
- Excel (pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs)
- Ability to read and understand basic PHP.
- Ability to work well independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Quickly learn a complex system, learn new knowledge and work hard
- Not afraid to ask for help
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, and collaborative, friendly team player
- Professionalism and clarity in your verbal and written communication with the ability to teach customers and teammates with enthusiasm
