**Role Overview**

**Qualification**:

- Robust portfolio experience in photography, videography with a dynamic portfolio
- Good English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years equivalent experience in advertising
- A portfolio demonstrating experience and design skill level
- Good mastery of Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of Figma is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and with a good understanding of the big picture
- Ability to contribute to creative decisions and develop visual stories across all platforms
- Excellent production skills; exceptional lighting for video and photo productions; strong audio recording skills.
- Impressive post-production skills; editing, sound, voiceover, and motion graphics expertise.
- Experience with managing workflow processes and organizing files within a digital asset management system.
- Must be a highly motivated individual with the ability to take initiative.
- Self-disciplined and driven in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced with a high volume of projects and tight timelines
- The ability to work independently and remotely, as well as collaboratively
- Willingness to travel monthly for various assignments, especially to California

**Responsibilities**:

- Capture outstanding lifestyle brand photography and video for brand awareness, product launch campaigns and online DTC/Amazon product advertisements to communicate emotion, story, features, and benefits
- Edit and refine photography and videos using Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop concepts for photo and video productions in collaboration with the brand art director. Make decisions about the visual style, camera angles and settings, and locations
- Scout locations: determine lighting requirements and communicate needs
- Take initiative and demonstrate strong photo, video, lighting, and audio skills to ensure that all content meets the standards for brand integrity and production quality
- Maintain files during editing, processing, retouching, color correcting, or archiving in an organized manner that aligns with workflows, including tagging files with metadata
- Conduct photo research for projects where that is required
- Ensure needed assets for web crops, web clips, and YouTube videos
