**Quality Reliability Engineer**
**SUMMARY**

This position is focused on **Product and Components Test,** engineer is responsible for Laboratory performance test for Finished Products and Components, development, construction and maintenance of Test equipment according to the product requirement to ensure quality and reliability as well as providing the support to the Quality system compliance during the manufacturing process.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible of Laboratory Performance Tests for Finished Product and Components.
- Responsible of Set up and Readiness of Laboratory equipment as a daily basis.
- Review and prepare budget and cost estimates for equipment, construction, installation, and control expenditures for projects.
- Development, perform and Reports on operational activities for testing procedures of components, equipment, and systems.
- Lead Quality Improvement projects based on SCR, NRFT and CStaR
- Prepare, review, and perform maintenance (Preventive and Corrective) schedules for Laboratory Equipment, design documentation and operational reports and charts.
- Prepare documentation containing information such as schematics, FMEA’s, Maintenance Plan, Spare Parts and Operation Manual to meet Factory Requirements.
- Design Mechanic, Electric, Electronic equipment aligned with the test requirements of the product and test protocols.
- Provide technical support and instruction to staff regarding equipment standards, and help solve specific issues related to the test equipment.
- Analyze system requirements, capacity, cost, and manufacturing/product needs to determine feasibility of project and develop plan.
- Determine material and equipment needs according and order supplies.
- Inspect electronic equipment, instruments, products, and systems to ensure conformance to specifications and safety standards.
- Evaluate operational systems, prototypes and proposals and recommend repair or design modifications based on factors such as environment, service, cost, and system capabilities.
- Prepare necessary criteria, procedures, test protocols, reports, predictions, and plans for successful conduct of the program/project with consideration given to site preparation, facility validation, installation, quality assurance and testing.
- Active participation on area Quality System implementation.
- Deploy and monitor Statistical tools and Methods for process control.
- Participate actively as a team member of EMS projects and implementations_ _initiatives.
- Participate on the multidisciplinary team for Corrective and Preventive Actions implementations to continuously reduce Service Call rate index and improve Consumer Star Ratings.
- Lead projects on Key Business drivers and cost reduction Programs.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in, Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering.
- Significant experience in Test equipment development and Settle-down, systems integration for measuring Instruments Integration.
- Quality Systems and Tools experience.
- Significant Cross-Functional manufacturing processes experience.
- Basic ISO-9001 training.
- Project management skills.
- Budget Administration
- Computer literatures such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, desirable Minitab user.
- Statistical Analysis, predictions
- English Fluency

**PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Significant Cross-Functional manufacturing processes experience.
- Quality Systems and Tools experience.
- Required to communicate with his/her team and Manager to review Key metrics performance and other important issues.
- This person will work with a high degree of independence and may provide direct or indirect supervision to others in the accomplishment of accountabilities and capable of working with a cross-functional team
