As **Quality Engineer** will be responsible to control & assure the quality of finished products, through the different process steps (Including Molding, & Assembly, Packaging & Storage), focusing on consumer & customer satisfaction, continuous improvement & operational optimization. You will also be responsible for the following activities:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Responsible for safety, quality health and environmental protection, in accordance to Saltillo´s Plant Integral Policy.
- Stablishes and communicates the necessary strategies and KPI´s to comply with the business objectives and customer satisfaction. Implements systems that promote continuous improvement and a strong culture towards Quality.
- Designs, develops & implements robust quality processes and systems to assure compliance with quality standards, regulations & customer requirements,
- Utilizes statistical analysis and data
- driven methods to monitor and evaluate process performance, identifying trends, and proactively addresses potential quality concerns.
- Leading the Quality Inspectors team, providing technical & personal support.
- Demonstrate technical abilities to assure Quality throughout the processes & personal abilities to manage people, as well as internal and external customers.
- Coordinate with the Plant Team, actions plans to reduce or eliminate non-conformities that can lead to risk the product quality.
- Take timely decisions regarding non-conforming product, materials, shipments, urgent materials.
- Coordinate efforts between areas, to inspect products, or in case re work is needed.
- Determines, implements & maintains Quality Controls on the different processes, to continuously improve its performance, developing Quality Control Plans.
- Leads problem -solving initiatives and drives successful outcomes in a fast - paced, dynamic environment.
- Works collaboratively with team members for Product Change request implementation, & Value Engineering initiatives, providing detailed follow up according to stablished quality requirements.
- Leads & supports new product, machine, & process validation activities, including developing protocols, conducting / leading testing, analyzing results & implementing improvements.
- Conducts thorough risk assessments to identify potential quality risks and develops risk mitigation strategies.

**Qualification required**:

- Engineering Degree (Industrial, Chemical or similar).
- Expertise as a Quality Process Engineer or in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- English Advanced/Fluent.
- Excellent problem
- Strong project management skills.
- Familiarity with Quality standards & processes. (ISO 9001).
- Continuous learning mindset.
- Desirable: High proven expertise in plastic injection processes.
- Desirable: Proficiency in statistical analysis software (Minitab).
