Experiência y requisitos
- Degree level or Higher in relevant technical discipline (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electronics, Engineering, or alternative) with 10 years relevant engineering experience. - 5 years’ experience or more in a relevant leadership position. - Very strong technical background (Mechanical / Electromechanical / Manufacturing) - Structured analysis skills with experience in complex technical troubleshooting - Excellent collaboration & communications skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders. - Practical experience of supplier & manufacturing fabrication and assembly processes. - A strong inspirational leader & excellent team player that knows how to develop and drive high performance teams. - A high paced individual that leads by example, is organised and solution focused. - Overall ability to combine technical, design and manufacturing skillsets in a high pace, dynamic environment. - Systems level thinker, working across technologies, e.g. hardware, fluidics, electronics, optics and software etc. - Can mentor, develop and guide the team in problem solving and is solutions driven. - Utilises their knowledge and skillset to get the job done with pace, efficiently utilising all resources available. - Knowledge of verification and validation of design changes and manufacturing equipment.
