Overview:
The Senior Consultant - Colleague ERP (Microsoft and/or Linux/Unix Administrator) for Managed Services is primarily responsible for installing, administering, supporting, and maintaining the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Ellucian Colleague..

**Where you will make an impact**
- Provides technical assistance and performs troubleshooting to resolve user issues by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems, or questions about Colleague ERP and related Enterprise Applications.
- Develops and maintains plans outlining steps and timetables for projects related to upgrades and implementations of new products and/or functionalities.
- Scripts and/or automates common repeatable tasks across the spectrum of supported products and technologies.
- All members of the team are expected to participate in our on-call process (24/7 production support).
- Interacts with the customer and other consultants.

**What you will bring**
- Minimum of 3 years of Technical hands on experience, with responsibility in at least two of the following areas:

- Microsoft Server Administration, Microsoft Active Directory, Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS), Microsoft IIS, Microsoft Sharepoint Administration, UNIX/Linux System Administration, SQL Server Database Administration, or Unidata Database Administration
- Experience or knowledge of the following is important:

- Unix/Linux basic command line knowledge
- Shell scripting
- Ability to work effectively with end-users and teammates, to gain their confidence, to understand their technical and operational needs and translate them into viable technical solutions
- Work independently and multitask, prioritize tasks, and execute without constant supervision
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Workflow automation of common repeatable tasks
- Knowledge Management
- Global capability/compliance
- Multi-lingual Spanish-English or Portuguese-English or Spanish-Portuguese-English.
