Como Service Delivery Coordinator Wireline Services, garantizará una ejecución impecable, una entrega a tiempo y el cumplimiento del contrato. Coordinará las actividades de trabajo para garantizar la ejecución de acuerdo con las expectativas del cliente y los términos y condiciones del contrato.

Como Service Delivery Coordinator - WS, usted será responsable de:

- Proteger la salud y seguridad de nuestro personal y el medio ambiente.
- Llevar a cabo todas las actividades en línea con nuestros no negociables, procesos aplicables y pilares culturales.
- Asegurar que los contratos / cotizaciones asignadas se entiendan y capitalicen completamente, Coordinar y monitorear todas las actividades laborales como se describe en MTJC a través de los límites de la organización.
- Actuar como contacto principal para el cliente para la preparación del trabajo, ejecución y cierre.
- Ser responsable de programar y despachar recursos de acuerdo con los requisitos del trabajo.
- Estar familiarizado con el proceso asignado del cliente para MOC / escalamiento para garantizar que se siga el proceso adecuado cuando existe el riesgo de no lograr los objetivos de los clientes.
- Escalar los problemas que pueden afectar la prestación de servicios, asegurar de que la facturación esté en línea con el contrato / cotización, sin fugas de ingresos y con el cobro oportuno de efectivo.

**Alimenta tu pasión**

Para tener éxito en este rol, usted:

- Tener una licenciatura en disciplina relevante
- 5 años en la industria del petróleo y el gas y en la planificación, supervisión y coordinación de operaciones de Wireline.
- Tener conocimientos técnicos y comprensión de ingeniería de los servicios de wireline, así como haber trabajado con softwares de simulación de registros eléctricos, disparos de producción, entre otros.
- Inglés avanzado (deseable)
- Manejo de paquete office
- Demostrar habilidades de planeación, comunicación efectiva, negociación y manejo del cliente.
