**What You’ll Do**

As the Black and Decker & Craftsman Manager, you will lead and drive the entire Portfolios and marketing strategies to increase growth. You will be part of our team located in Mexico. You’ll get to:

- Clear mapping of NPI, defined by channel, customer and price point.
- Create the long-term category strategy and mapping of the brand activities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives
- Manage Marketing and promotional activities effectively
- Conduct market analysis, identify opportunities, and implement effective product plans
- Provide Strategic direction to the commercial team to maximize profitability and maintain competitiveness
- Be the strategic connection with the region to align product strategy
- Coordinate, alongside the Promotions Coordinator, all the promotions for the commercial team.
- Balance business profitability, dominance, and leadership, considering product development and growth opportunities.

- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
- 4- 6 years of experience in brand and communication marketing
- Experience in Pipeline Construction
- Strategic mentality
- Strong Presentation and Communication Skills
- Fluent in English
