Sr. Molding Engineer, Facilities Eng, Sr. QC Engineer, Materials Planner, Warehouse Leader, Production Site Leader.

What You Will Do
- Maintain a safe, clean and orderly workplace in compliance with all Harman regulations including local, state and federal laws.
- Develops an effective and efficient workforce. Supervisory responsibilities of Team Leaders on all shifts
- Ensure plastic injection production equipment quality and efficiency in production.
- Work with the engineering team to improve the production process and reduce cycle times.
- Plan and coordinate resources to meet production objectives and ensure compliance with delivery deadlines.
- Ensure occupational health and safety standards are met at all the times.
- Identify and resolve problems in the production process and take preventive measures to avoid future problems.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of plastic injection production equipment.
- Supervise the mold workshop, ensuring correct repair and maintenance of molds.
- Develop, implement and maintains training program to ensure production plans align with necessary skills and competencies.
- Strives for continuous improvement in all areas of production, particularly quality and cost control working closely with Team Leaders, Engineering, quality and other relevant areas.
- Oversee and lead the project team to ensure product deliver is within the stipulated time.
- planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action.

What You Need

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Must be willing to maintain technological competency to develop and manage world class manufacturing facility.
- A minimum of 6 years of injection molding is required.
- Experience in a leadership position in the plastic injection production department.
- Technical background in plastic injection production processes, tooling, equipment, material, manufacturing and quality.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills necessary to perform the job.
