**Job Description**:

- Entendimiento y soporte de procesos contables/financieros (polizas/conciliación contable, analisis/elaboración de estados financieros, politicas y manuales contables )
- Planeación e implementación de auditorias internas para asegurar la calidad atraves de revisiones de procesos, contabilidad, identificación de áreas de riesgo y soporte en las revisiones de controles SOX y auditorias externas.
- Desarrollo de proyectos de excelencia operacional (OpEx) para mejorar la calidad y la eficiencia en procesos contables/administrativos.
- Apoyar en la organización de eventos asociados en mejorar la calidad operacional.

**Requisitos**:

- Lic. CP, Finanzas, Administración o afín.
- Preferible + 1Año experiência en contabilidad y/o auditoria
- Conocimiento deseable en SAP, Office, Power BI, Knime
- Inglés intermedio

**Habilidades Soft requeridas**:

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita.
- Interacción cómoda con el liderazgo senior.
- Orientado a la acción con sentido de urgencia.
- Solución de problemas, la búsqueda de resultados, la colaboración y el trabajo en equipo son imprescindibles.

**Forma de Trabajo Híbrida (3 dias en planta/2 en casa)-Pueden ser mas dias presenciales ocasionalmente.**
