RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in all design and architectural discussions within the team and with customers
- Perform code reviews, estimations, capacity, and release planning
- Evaluate and implement branching & merging strategies and tools/software for improving efficiency
- Plan project deliverables and roadmap in close collaboration with product owners
- Coordinate teams across developers, vendors, and business users and manage implementation challenges in integration, design, configurability, and infrastructure

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong technical and analytical skills, hands-on in coding in Java or.NET (latest versions)
- Experience building a high-level software architecture from a business target's point of view
- Solid knowledge of software development life cycle
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in issue resolution across multiple locations and businesses
