At Salesloft, our **Renewals Administrators **are pivotal to our company's success. You will be a key member of our renewals team focused on supporting our renewal managers to ensure timely and quality processing of our customer renewals.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:
We are seeking a data driven results-oriented and motivated individual who thrives in a high volume and fast paced environment. Specifically, you will play a pivotal role in helping us scale our renewals approach, by assisting the Renewals Team in account renewals starting early in the customer life cycle and ensuring customers are transitioning through pivotal points to build momentum and value leading up to the renewal.

Success in this role requires a high level of organization and coordination with the broader Renewals team in working hand in hand to achieve the departmental goal. This role will include backend deal desk related support with quote creation and contract processing and ensuring timely processing of our customer renewals. This position will also perform administrative duties as required.

On a day-to-day basis, you will work alongside the renewals team to:

- calculate contract values and structure quotes
- ensure all information is properly entered into Salesforce.
- Proactively prep the renewals specialist with information needed leading into a renewal: current terms, elements to address, health score, account summary, etc. ensuring data accuracy and timely entry.
- Evaluate patterns and trends in renewal data

**THE SKILL SET**:

- 0-2 years of customer support or sales experience at a software company [SaaS model], ideally with an emphasis on renewals.
- Experience with Salesforce is a huge plus, Salesloft is a big bonus.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on strict and short deadlines, able to set priorities and deal effectively with shifting priorities
- Advanced Excel knowledge preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
