Comunnity Manager
**Objetivo**: Responsable de desarrollar y gestionar la presencia online de la marca empleadora en diversas plataformas y comunidades digitales y presenciales, asegurando una interacción positiva con los miembros de la audiencia. Su misión principal será construir y mantener relaciones sólidas, aumentar la visibilidad de la marca tanto a nível interno de la compañía con los colaboradores como externa mediante las redes y promover la participación activa mediante estrategias que fortalezcan el engagement con la marca y la cultura organizacional
**Responsabilidades Principales**:
**Gestión de Redes Sociales**:
Crear y gestionar contenido atractivo y relevante para las plataformas sociales relevantes.
Publicar regularmente actualizaciones, noticias y anuncios.
**Engagement de la Comunidad digital y con colaboradores**:
Gestionar eventos y campañas para fortalecer el sentido de pertenencia y engagement con la cultura
Atencion al cliente
Canalizar retroalimentación de la comunidad a los departamentos correspondientes para mejora continua.
**Creación de Contenido**:
Desarrollar material visual y escrito que refleje la voz y la identidad de la marca.
Mantener un calendario editorial para garantizar una presencia constante y relevante.
**Análisis y Reportes**:
Utilizar herramientas analíticas para evaluar el rendimiento de las iniciativas comunitarias.
Generar informes periódicos sobre el impacto de las estrategias implementadas.
Experiência previa en roles de gestión de comunidades o redes sociales.
Excelente comunicación escrita y verbal
Capacidad para adaptar el tono de comunicación según la plataforma y la audiencia.
Creatividad para crear contenido y campañas atractivas y diferenciadoras.
Capacidad para gestionar conflictos y resolver problemas de manera eficiente.
