**Junior (Associate).NET Developer**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the development team to design, code, and test software solutions using.NET technologies.
- Assist in the analysis and resolution of technical issues.

- Work closely with senior developers to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of.NET framework and C# programming language.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced development environment.

**Mid-Level.NET Developer**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead development efforts for assigned projects, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, UI/UX, and product management.
- Participate in system architecture and design discussions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in.NET development using C#.
- Solid understanding of database design and SQL.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

**Senior.NET Developer**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical leadership, guide architecture decisions, and mentor team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies to enhance development efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in.NET development with a strong focus on C#.
- In-depth knowledge ofASP.NET, MVC, and web services.
- Expertise in database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Proven experience in leading development teams and projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture.
