About the Opportunity:
Ellucian is seeking an Associate Analyst, this position will require a mixture of strong technical troubleshooting abilities, clear and precise communication, customer service skills, and strong IT service management process knowledge.
**Where you will make an impact**
- Assist the ServiceNow Support team in providing communication, training, configuration, testing, and maintenance activities across the entirety of the ServiceNow Platform.
- Communicate (via multiple channels), to provide internal employee, and external client support around any issues, problems, or questions, they may encounter.
- Proactively identify, document, manage, and resolve, directly assigned & self-generated tasks related to platform support and maintenance.
**What you will bring**
- 1-3 years of providing technical problem-solving and IT troubleshooting support.
- Solid foundational knowledge of: PaaS/SaaS systems, relational databases, industry support-standards (ITSM/DevOps/Agile/KSI), logical problem-solving.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM-based software platforms.
- Successful track-record working against multiple projects, objectives, and priorities, in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to produce 'on-time' deliverables and proactively identify issues & solutions, with mínimal supervision, as a member of a fully remote team.
- Strong process-driven technical troubleshooting and corresponding documentation.
- Ability to explain or describe complex technical issues in plain English (written & verbal)
- Demonstrated proficiency with ITIL support delivery process.
Effective and appropriate communication with team members, other company employees, vendors, and clients.
