We are looking for a CMDB Engineer for a 100% remote position in LATAM with our US client,

**Overview**:
This is what we used for the current person in the role. Contract duration is 12 months with likely renewal.CMDB Administrator.

Responsible for daily administration, stability, and performance of CMDB and discovery probe tools

Responsible for setting up discovery jobs, validating results, and troubleshooting, as necessary.

Responsible for creating/modifying discovery patterns.

Handle all discovery product patching, upgrades, and discovery content updates.

Create and maintain custom and out-of-the-box integrations with both 1st and 3rd party integrations.

Review critical incident outage resolution results and responses and dispositions of failed changes due to CMS-related issues.

Oversee CMDB support services according to SLA, including requests to provision and de-provision CIs, and regular maintenance work such as CI discovery, identification and control, status accounting, and reporting.

Ensure that CMDB data is available and reliable to support other ITSM processes (Change, Incident, Problem, etc.)

Pay: $45,229.75 - $63,321.65 per month
