Chief Growth Officer

International School in Mexico City is looking to hire a Chief Growth Office to help it achieve its enrollment targets.

About the School:
We are a bilingual international school founded in 2018 and located in one of the best areas of

Mexico City. Currently close to 40% of our enrolled students are international and we are

looking for a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to help us achieve our enrollment targets for new

international and local students.

As the CGO you will lead a small team and help us come up with and implement a growth strategy that includes initiatives across marketing, partnerships, digitalization of processes, and client service. Experience in the world of education is not required; we value the expertise of professionals across different sectors to help us implement best practices in our school.

**Requirements**:

- Male or female
- English Level C1 (certified) & Spanish
- Knowledge of marketing, sales, and growth as proven by professional studies and experience
- Experience working with advertising agencies, and in-house social media manager
- Numbers driven, proficient with excel
- Knowledge of digital platforms such CRM tools and excel
- Knowledge in the field of education is not required, but an interest to learn more about it is
- Empathetic and proactive
- Teamwork

About the job:

- Full-time, in-person M-F

Compensation:

- Attractive compensation package with a gross monthly salary of MXN 50,000 - 75,000

pesos
- Attractive annual bonus based on number of new students enrolled
