Serás responsable de gestionar, coordinar y controlar todos los aspectos de ingeniería de procesos, ingeniería industrial y de ingeniería de producto para alcanzar los objetivos de la empresa alineados con las funciones del puesto mediante:
1. Asegurar la introducción segura y efectiva de nuevos equipos en transferencias y nuevos productos mediante un plan de trabajo con fechas de fases.

2. Preparar y gestionar presupuestos, pronósticos para cálculo de personal y planes de ingeniería.

3. Auditoría y mejoras a instrucciones de trabajo, ayudas visuales, estándares de retrabajo, diagramas de flujo, AMEF de proceso, lay out.

4. Desarrollar proyectos de mejora con ahorro de costos mejorando la eficiencia de los procesos con impactos en Seguridad, Calidad, Entregas y Costo. Presentar avances a la Gerencia en formato A4 con el programa de actividades.

5. Solucionar problemas aplicando herramientas de solución de problemas como Pareto, Histograma, Causa-Efecto, Gráfico de Control, Regresión y Correlación, Diagramas de Caja, 8-D, 5-Porques, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, SMED, OEE.

6. Eliminar o reducir los residuos en la producción y los procesos relacionados, aplicando las herramientas y técnicas de fabricación Lean.

7. Coordinar transferencias y arranques de nuevos productos. Visitas con integradores.

8. Coordinar acciones en los cambios de productos con Ingeniería Southfield.

9. Interpretar y revisar las características críticas y funcionales en los planos y ajustar la documentación con el apoyo de los Ing. Junior, en AMEF, Diagrama de Fujo, Instrucciones, etc.

10. Mantener actualizado la información del listado de activos fijos, equipos propiedad del cliente, equipos Idle & Impared. Auditoria de AMEF/WPS/IT.

11. Desarrollar el plan de trabajo de los técnicos de ingeniería para mejorar su desarrollo y su alineación con los objetivos del departamento y de la empresa.

12. Tiene autoridad para detener la producción cuando se presente una discrepancia / no conformidad durante el proceso de manufactura.

Para ser exitoso en el rol se requiere:

- Carrera profesional finalizada en Ingeniería.
- 3 a 5 años de experiência en industria automotriz en el departamento de ingeniería.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de solución de problemas.
- Core tools
- Inglés avanzado
