Resumen de Posición:
Desarrollar y mantener control sobre estándares de labor en las operaciones; diseñar y mejorar herramientas de trabajo vigilar el cumplimiento de los procesos de producción; recomendar cambios en los procesos para alcanzar mayor eficiencia y determinar los requerimientos de personal a través de la demanda, actitud de mejora continua (eventos Kaizen); conocimiento amplio del producto específico de manera que pueda participar en conjunto con Ingenieros de producto en la mejora de diseño y/o procesos.

Responsabilidades Esenciales:

- Identificar necesidades de personal, basados en los requerimientos de producción y la capacidad de la maquinaria y/o equipo.
- Identificar necesidades de equipo para la optimización de la mano de obra y unidades a producir.
- Definir capacidad de maquinaria y herramientas por producto, líneas y unidades.
- Elaborar guías de acción o métodos de trabajo en el área asignada y mantenerlas actualizadas, tales como; MCI’S y todos los documentos de proceso asociados a Ingeniería.
- Verificar en el sistema de control de materiales las instrucciones específicas en la elaboración de productos, y verificar su aplicación.
- Participar activamente en las acciones correctivas dependiendo del error o discrepancia encontrada en el proceso.
- Identificar y proponer mejoras en los procesos, como resultado de la constante observancia del mismo.
- Observar los procesos para identificar y eliminar desperdicios (MUDA).
- Revisar y mantener actualizada la base de datos de estándares de producción, vigilando que sean correctamente implementados.
- Participar en las corridas piloto de nuevos productos.
- Mantener retroalimentación con responsables de producción en mejoras, cambios de ingeniería y sugerencias.
- Mediante el sistema de manufactura esbelta, realizar y mantener proyectos de reducción de costo.
- Preparar y presentar métricos en bases semanales y mensuales.
- Desarrollar e implementar herramientas poke yoke para mejora de procesos.
- Fomentar el trabajo en equipo de las áreas a su cargo.
- Dar seguimiento a las políticas, procedimientos y reglamentos que la compañía establece.
- Aplicar 6S’s en su área de trabajo y participar activamente con las áreas asignadas.
- Realizar certificación de operadores multiproceso/multi-máquina en conjunto con el departamento de entrenamiento y producción.
- Revisar programas de producción y backlog para identificar posibles demoras en órdenes de productos nuevos/diferentes.
- Soporte a acciones correctivas atendiendo los requerimientos de administración de CARs, tales como ,ejecución a tareas derivadas y comprometidas a tiempo, evidencia y registros;
así como la utilización de mecanismos de gestión apropiados y definidos cuando existan retos para cumplir los mismos.

Requisitos del Puesto:
**EDUCATION**:Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánico o carrera afín.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 10 años de experiência en áreas de ingeniería, preferentemente.
- Ergonomía, análisis de causa raíz, estudios R&R (repetitividad y reproductividad), ANOVAS, Manejo de químicos, Seguridad Industrial, KAIZEN, Estadística, Just In Time, 6S’s, 8 Desperdicios, SMED, Poke Yoke, KANBAN, TAKT Time, HEI JUNKA, Mapeo de flujo de proceso, QS9000, Proceso SIX SIGMA, TPM (Mantenimiento Preventivo Total), Calibración, Programas de computación de Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD, Conocimientos generales de sistemas de control de inventarios. Preferentemente.
- Experiência en administración y ejecución de proyectos nuevos y/o de mejora continua (Transferencia, A3, etc.).
- Experiência en liderazgo de grupos de trabajo multidisciplinarios.
- Manejo de conflictos.
- Enfoque en resultados.
- Buen manejo de estrés.
- Experiência en procesos de manufactura primarios (preferentemente).
- Auto dirigido (Mínima supervisión).

**LANGUAGES**:80% bilingüe español - inglés fluido, hablado y escrito preferentemente
