THE ROLE:
The main objective of this position is to provide support to the area of Ford Customer Service Division-Caribbean and Central America (FCSD-CCA) in terms of general reports, analytics and follow up of processes.
YOUR IMPACT:
The specific activities of this position will allow you to learn about different areas such as marketing, sales, logistics, finance, purchasing. The reports that will be developed and updated constantly will enhance your analytic skills since it is required to resume several data and provide comments or suggestions based on the numbers and the situation. Your impact will be measured in first place by your ability to analyze specific situation, bring solid data to the table, and provide opinions, suggestions, points of view that contribute to any solution; and in second place by your follow up on key assignments.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Required profession: engineering, business administration, Information Technology or marketing.
English proficiency is highly recommended due to the information that is normally handled.
Knowledge of Excel or any other analytic tool (Tableau, Qlink, etc)
Knowledge of PowerPoint or any other tool to make presentations.
Ability to summarize information and present in a simple manner.
Analytic, team work, attitude.
