Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Assist in project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Help to develop project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Assist in the setup and onboarding of new client teams.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to team members and stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of project reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Help to ensure project documentation is complete and accurate.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status.
- Help to ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet stakeholder expectations.
- Support Senior Project Managers & Project Management Leads with any additional duties as required.
- Documentation management utilizing tools such as: Google Suite, Asana, Miro, and others.
- Providing quality assurance on deliverables for final assets.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Experience working with a creative team, and/or with a digital and/or media-buying team.
- Ability to work in EST hours M-F.
- English speaking fluency is required

**Preferred Skills**
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
