The Specialist of Health Science Information manages global health/science and product/ingredient data for the department so that relevant content on these topics remain consistent and updated and can be regionally disseminated to other departments, customers, distributors, or the general community as necessary. This position will largely lead initiatives involving global content development/regionalization. This position also incorporates a regulatory component which helps to determine what scripting/content is appropriate given the regulatory environment in a specific region or market. The Specialist of Health Science Information will also stay informed of global product changes to ensure that scripting is consistent with the current product line worldwide.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
Helps to Oversee Content Development Projects for The Engagement and Consumer Inquiry Teams:

- Helps ensures that global product inquiry content is consistent with current regulations in respective markets, scientifically substantiated/accurate, and aligned with approved corporate positioning in regard to product liability, safety, quality, policy, etc.
- Helps develop scripting and training materials for employees worldwide to implement relevant processes and approved PI Q&As

Supports Global Distributor/Consumer Education Initiatives:

- Product Safety content relating to:

- Label education
- Product use and indications
- Scripting and claims
- Adverse events
- General distributor activities that relate to safety: recommendations, resources, distribution, etc

Data compilation to support content development and engagement initiatives
- Compile relevant inquiry data sets to help team prioritize outreach, training, or content development projects
- Support leadership in developing new strategies for outreach/engagement

Job Responsibilities

Job Qualifications:
**Skills**:Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Organizational skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint,CRM (any platform), and Excel
- Fluent Bilingual English/Spanish

**Experience**:
Required
- Professional and academic history of meeting SMART goals for relevant data projects
- Minimum >1-year relevant experience in food, drug, dietary supplement, or other related industry
- 1 year project management experience or relevant educational background

Preferred
- 2 years working in dietary supplement or food/nutrition industry supporting product communications (consumer and/or professional audiences) or educational initiatives
- International business engagement, customer service, or other relevant experience

Education

Required
- Bachelors degree in nutrition, human health, public health, food science, or other biological science
