Professional Services Coordinator

Absolute is looking for a Professional Services Coordinator (“**Coordinator**”) to join our Professional and Managed Services team. We are looking for a highly organized Coordinator to manage the calendars of Absolute’s professional service technical staff. In this role, you will be creating new projects in our activity tracking platform, setting up professional services delivery engagements, managing travel bookings as needed, and informing participants of rescheduled or canceled meetings in a timely manner.
To ensure success, the Coordinator should possess solid knowledge of scheduling practices and demonstrable experience in a similar role. A first-class Coordinator will be someone who takes proactive steps to initiate seamless scheduling processes and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
**Accountabilities Will Include**:
- Maintaining and updating schedules, calendars, and agendas
- Verifying the availability of inhouse and external participants for planned meetings
- Confirming appointments and arranging meeting venues
- Sending out reminders for scheduled meetings
- Rescheduling or canceling meetings in a timely manner
- Managing and confirming travel bookings and arrangements
- Keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and associated deadlines
- Creation of new services projects as customers purchase them
- Running utilization reports within the project tracking platform
- Documenting scheduling processes and maintaining detailed records
- Performing other administrative tasks when required
**What You’ll Bring**:
- Proven work experience as a scheduling coordinator or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or in an industry-related field, preferred
- Extensive experience with office software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Advanced knowledge of confirming and rescheduling appointments, as well as recordkeeping practices
- Experience in managing travel bookings and arrangements
- Expertise with keeping stakeholders informed of schedule changes and answering queries
- Ability to coordinate meetings with venue availability
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a scheduling coordinator
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
