**Indispensable**:

- Experiência reciente en empresas del giro electrónico
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado
- 3 - 5 años de experiência
- Certificación CPIM de Apics

**Responsabilidades**:

- DESARROLLA PLANES Y CRONOGRAMAS DE ACTIVIDADES DE FABRICACIÓN EN TODO EL SITIO, PROGRAMAS PRINCIPALES O LÍNEAS DE PRODUCTOS, DESDE EL LANZAMIENTO DE INGENIERÍA HASTA LA ENTREGA DEL PRODUCTO DE EQUIPOS PRINCIPALES Y REPUESTOS COMPLETOS.
- SUPERVISA EL CUMPLIMIENTO DEL EQUIPO DE ENFOQUE EN EL CLIENTE CON LA POLÍTICA DE GESTIÓN DE LA DEMANDA CORPORATIVA.
- APRUEBA O RECHAZA LAS SOLICITUDES DE CAMBIO DE CRONOGRAMA PRESENTADAS POR CFT, Y DESARROLLA CRONOGRAMAS DE ACUERDO CON LAS CAPACIDADES DE LA MÁQUINA Y LA MANO DE OBRA Y LOS RECURSOS FÍSICOS/DE CAPITAL DE LA INGENIERÍA DE FABRICACIÓN, LAS PRUEBAS Y EL SOPORTE DE PRODUCCIÓN, EL ENSAMBLAJE, LA INGENIERÍA DE PRUEBAS Y LOS SERVICIOS DE MATERIALES.
- RESPONSABLE DE LA PREPARACIÓN Y PRESENTACIÓN DE CUADROS, GRÁFICOS E INFORMES ESCRITOS QUE DESCRIBEN EL ESTADO ACTUAL EN COMPARACIÓN CON LOS CRONOGRAMAS; ANALIZA LAS DESVIACIONES DE LOS CRONOGRAMAS EN CUANTO A SU NATURALEZA, LAS RAZONES DE LA VARIACIÓN DEL CRONOGRAMA, SUS IMPLICACIONES DE COSTOS, EL IMPACTO EN LAS TAREAS INMEDIATAS, EL IMPACTO EN EL PROGRAMA TOTAL Y LAS ACCIONES CORRECTIVAS A TOMAR.
- COORDINA Y ANALIZA VARIOS DOCUMENTOS DE SOPORTE (IMPRESIONES DE COMPUTADORA, IMPRESIONES, PLAZOS DE ENTREGA DE MATERIAL PUBLICADO, LISTAS DE MATERIALES, ETC.) PARA ESTABLECER CRONOGRAMAS DE ARTÍCULOS FINALES Y LANZAMIENTOS, CREAR Y PROBAR CRONOGRAMAS PARA TODOS LOS NIVELES DE PRODUCTOS, PREPARAR Y PRESENTAR PLANES DE PRODUCCIÓN A LA GERENCIA DE MANUFACTURA Y PROGRAMAS.
- EN SITIOS GRANDES, ADMINISTRA LOS PROGRAMADORES DE CFT.
- ASISTE A LAS REUNIONES DE PRODUCCIÓN SEGÚN SEA NECESARIO.
- AYUDA EN EL PROCESO DE TOMA DE DECISIONES QUE AFECTAN A LOS PLANES Y CRONOGRAMAS DE FABRICACIÓN.
- ANALIZA, DESARROLLA Y RECOMIENDA PLANES DE CAPACIDAD PARA SATISFACER LOS REQUISITOS DE LA DEMANDA.
- PROPORCIONA UN ANÁLISIS SEMANAL DE LA CAPACIDAD POR CENTRO DE TRABAJO Y ANÁLISIS DE NÚMERO DE EMPLEADOS.
- IDENTIFICA, DESARROLLA Y RECOMIENDA SOLUCIONES O PLANES DE RESTRICCIÓN DE CAPACIDAD PARA CUMPLIR CON LOS REQUISITOS DEL CLIENTE.
