We are in need of a **family-based immigration paralegal** who is fluent in Spanish and English and **resides in MEXICO**.

The paralegal will be responsible for preparing USCIS and NVC filings with mínimal supervisions, communicating extensively with clients, managing their own deadlines, and performing other functions assigned by management. Experience in ALL family type petitions, including I-130, I-485, I539, I-765, I-601, I-212, I-604A, I-19B, Asylum, Waivers and CRBA.

**Required experience/knowledge**: R-Visa, CRBA, Asylum, Appeals, Waivers, Humanitarian Reinstatement (204I), Paroles (HP/AP), PIP, 42B - Cancellation of Removal, TN-Visa, E2, J1, F1, L1, Bond Request and Prosecutorial Discretion. We need someone who is professional, highly organized, punctual and has sharp attention to detail. We want someone who is self-motivated and demonstrates disposition in helping other team members.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
- Must reside in Mexico.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Constant communication with their clients
- Minimum of 3 years family-based immigration experience
- Full time availability

Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour
