**About this opportunity**:
At Ericsson, we are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Support Engineer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be charged with providing data-driven solutions to customer reported issues in line with set processes and Service Level Agreements. The role involves identifying, isolating, and resolving faults, as well as working towards network stability. As your experience grows, you'll handle more operational and technical issues for specific customers, solutions, or domains.

**What you will do**:

- Implement automation requirements for the development of Ericsson use cases.
- Collaborate with engineers and leadership to build innovative automation solutions within Ericsson’s ecosystem.
- Write, Test, Validate, Deliver and Deploy code, scripts, playbooks and other technical assets within the overall Solution development processes.

**The skills you bring**:

- Fluent technical English skills.
- Knowledge in programming, automation, source control management.
- Knowledge of Agile ways of working and toolsets (Gitlab, CICD)
- Experience with Ansible, Python, Jupyter Notebooks, Ansible, Git and CI/CD Pipeline systems.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Linux advance
- Basic Networkgin (Routing, Switching)
- Experience with Cloud, 5G or OSS/BSS
- Basic knowledge in Data Science and data analytics
- Customer Problem Management.
- Negotiation.
- Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration Skills.
- Coaching and Mentoring.
- Customer Relationship Building.
