Salesforce Administrator

**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the needs of the organization.
- Manage user access and security settings within Salesforce.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Support user adoption efforts by providing training and support materials as needed.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of data stored in Salesforce.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features and functionality.
- Work with the Internal Salesforce team such as the Salesforce Lead, Business Analyst and configurator, to assist with requests, adjustments to the platform and new processes.

**REQUERIMIENTOS**
- **Inglés avanzado**:

- Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) are a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and capabilities.
- Experience managing user access and security settings within Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferable Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Preferable 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or related role.

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform within the company. They will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure that the platform is configured and customized to meet the needs of the organization, while also ensuring the security and accuracy of the data within the system.
